Our mission is to maintain and promote the social, educational, cultural, civic, and the general wellbeing of our members; Encourage and promote the exchange of ideas and information among members and among the Nigerian Community; Support the general improvement and development programs that will improve the living standard of Awo-Omamma citizens in the United States of America and in Nigeria; Encourage and support the formation of similar organizations in other parts of the continental United States; Provide assistance to members and their immediate dependents as provided within limits of the provisions of APPU Constitution; Foster business relationships among members.
